The mural portrays the targeting of youth by the tobacco industry, the loss and suffering experienced by smokers and their loved ones, and ultimately the phoenix rising from the ashes. The Phoenix taking flight expressing the hope for a tobacco free Indiana as a result of the VOICE and White Lies movements.
